The stems of a representative of the buttercup family almost always grow straight, sometimes curling. The maximum height of aconite is four meters. The leaves of the plant are diverse: palm-like, lobed or dissected. The flowers have a pleasant purple or blue hue, the shape of the calyx grows in the form of a corolla with five sepals. Sometimes in nature there are plants with white or yellow flowers. All flowers are collected in branched cysts, which can reach half a meter.

The fruits are multi-seeded leaflets that are black, brown or light gray in color. Even when the plant does not bloom, it looks very attractive, therefore it is used in every possible way by designers to create landscape compositions.

The most healing and nutrient-rich plant elements are roots and leaves. They include:

  • alkaloids of several groups (hypoanconitine, sasaaconitine, ephedrine, sparteine, etc.);
  • acids (citric, oleic, stearic, etc.);
  • resin;
  • starch;
  • saponins;
  • macro- and microelements (iron, calcium, magnesium, copper, chromium, manganese, etc.).

In addition, coumarin, sugar and meso-inosidol are present in the chemical composition.

The wrestler has analgesic, sedative, antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory effects. Herbal preparations can be used both externally and internally. They have astringent, hemostatic, bactericidal and expectorant properties. Medicines based on aconite are prescribed for the following diseases:

  • ulcers;
  • heart problems;
  • disorders of the nervous system;
  • diseases of the vascular system;
  • arthritis, arthrosis, sciatica;
  • cancer;
  • migraine and toothache.

Aconite tincture for external use is used for neuroallergic problems, malignant skin diseases and psoriasis, erysipelas, neurodermatitis. A medicinal broth is applied to wounds and boils, and for rheumatic pains, ointments are prescribed, which include a fighter.

With the help of drugs, you can improve the general well-being of a person, normalize blood pressure and reduce arrhythmia. The funds can be taken in pill form or intravenously, intramuscularly.

Any medicine has contraindications, but since the herbal plant aconite is considered poisonous, it should be taken seriously. It is impossible to use drugs that include a wrestler if you have such problems:

  • acute renal and hepatic failure;
  • during pregnancy and lactation.
